Wondering how to use your winter CSA or cook those beets in your fridge? Join us for a hands-on root vegetable (and more!) class, guided by Chef Miriam and Christine, Director of MI Farm Co-op, where you’ll use seasonal vegetables and fruits grown locally and sustainably to create an easy meal you can take home and enjoy! Additional snacks and drinks will be provided by Lakeview Hill Farm, sign up today to reserve you and your friends a spot!
