Farm Infrastructure and Maintenance Lead
We’re looking for a skilled and hardworking Farm Infrastructure and Maintenance Lead to join our team full-time! This role is essential to maintaining and improving our farm’s infrastructure, with tasks including equipment maintenance, landscaping, perennial care, greenhouse and general construction, electrical and utility work, log splitting, and land clearing. During our peak season (May-September), there may also be opportunities to assist with farm production. This position is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, enjoys hands-on projects, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality and efficiency top of mind.
